AMEC Technology develops advanced energy solutions across renewable energy systems, lithium batteries, hybrid inverters, and EV drivetrain technologies. We are seeking a commercial leader with 5–7 years of experience to drive strategic partnerships, enterprise sales, and global market expansion.
The role involves working closely with the CEO to identify opportunities, build partnerships, and close strategic deals with OEMs, automotive companies, EV manufacturers, distributors, and global technology partners. The candidate will also represent AMEC at international trade shows and industry events. This position offers competitive compensation, performance-based incentives, and ESOP opportunities, allowing the candidate to grow alongside the company while contributing to long-term business expansion.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Partnerships & Enterprise Sales

  • Build and manage strategic relationships with OEM manufacturers, EV and automotive companies, renewable energy developers, EPC firms, industrial equipment manufacturers, and institutional stakeholders.
  • Structure and negotiate distribution partnerships, OEM supply agreements, technology collaborations, and enterprise-level B2B contracts.
  • Work closely with the CEO to engage CXO-level leaders and convert strategic relationships into long-term commercial partnerships.
  • Participate in high-value deal negotiations and partnership structuring to support AMEC’s commercial growth and market positioning.

Global Business Development

  • Drive commercial growth for AMEC’s core product platforms, including:
  • Hybrid Inverter Systems
  • Lithium Battery Systems
  • Industrial OEM Power Kits
  • EV Subsystems & Components
  • Develop scalable revenue channels through strategic partnerships, distribution alliances, and enterprise collaborations.
  • Work with leadership to build long-term commercial ecosystems rather than purely transactional sales relationships.

Experience & Qualifications:

  • 5–7 years of experience in B2B sales, enterprise partnerships, or strategic business development.
    Experience in industries such as:
    • Renewable Energy
    • Electric Mobility
    • Automotive Components
    • Industrial Electronics
    • Energy Storage
  • Proven experience in enterprise partnerships or large commercial contract negotiations.
  • Ability to confidently engage with CXO-level stakeholders, founders, and key decision-makers.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and commercial negotiation skills.
