AMEC Technology is seeking an experienced B2B Sales Professional to expand the market for its Portable Washing Kits. The role involves working with industrial clients, distributors, and international buyers to build a strong sales pipeline and grow AMEC’s presence in India and export markets.
We are looking for candidates with direct experience in selling industrial cleaning equipment or pressure washer systems.
Industry Experience:
Candidates should have experience in one or more of the following sectors:
- Industrial cleaning equipment
- Pressure washer systems
- High-pressure cleaning equipment
- Portable washing machines
- Car wash equipment
- Industrial maintenance equipment
Sales Experience:
- 4–6 years of B2B sales experience in industrial equipment or cleaning systems.
- Experience selling to industrial companies, service networks, or equipment distributors.
- Proven ability to manage large client accounts, distributor partnerships, or export clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales of portable washing kits and industrial cleaning systems across multiple industries.
- Acquire B2B clients and build relationships with purchase heads, plant managers, and operations leaders.
- Develop distributor and dealer networks to expand market reach.
- Identify opportunities in export markets such as the Middle East, Southeast Asia, Africa, and Latin America.
- Manage the sales pipeline, conduct product demonstrations, prepare proposals, and close deals.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to support sales strategy.
Industry & Product Knowledge:
- Strong understanding of pressure washer systems and industrial cleaning equipment.
- Knowledge of industries that rely on equipment-based cleaning solutions.
B2B Sales Capabilities:
- Prospecting and new client acquisition
- Distributor and channel development
- Negotiation and deal closure
- Industrial account management
Communication & Presentation:
- Strong professional communication and client engagement skills
- Ability to present product value and ROI to industrial buyers
- Confidence interacting with decision-makers, procurement teams, and technical stakeholders
Desired Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (Engineering, Business, or Marketing preferred)
- Experience working with industrial distributors or equipment dealers
- Exposure to export sales or international trade platforms is an advantage
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Performance will be measured based on:
- Number of new industrial clients acquired
- Distributor/channel partnerships developed
- Monthly sales revenue
- Number of export clients on boarded
- Lead-to-order conversion rate
- Expansion into new industry segments
