We're hiring a Business Development Executive at AMEC Technology.
Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka (office-based with occasional customer visits)

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Build and manage lead lists for distributors, EPCs, OEMs, and enterprise clients.
  • Support the Sales Head in planning outreach and coordinating client meetings.
  • Handle client communication, share product info, and follow up on leads.
  • Maintain CRM records, prepare reports, and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Coordinate with marketing for campaigns and sales materials.

Experience:

  • 1–4 years in Business Development, Inside Sales, or Sales Coordination.
  • Experience in Industrial Products, Power Electronics, or Renewable Energy preferred.
  • Proven record in lead generation and nurturing.

Skills:

  • Strong communication and email writing skills.
  • Ability to explain technical products in simple terms.
  • Good at CRM management, follow-ups, and organization.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM/email tools.
  • Energetic, disciplined, and target-driven.

Technical (Preferred):

  • Basic understanding of batteries (Li-ion, Lead Acid).
  • Knowledge of Solar/ESS/BESS systems and product datasheets.
